Summer 2006, Leland of RISING DESCENT played the Joker, and scared as many people as possible into a pants changing. As the ring master in a series of circus-esque performances installed in public spaces, Leland found unique and interesting ways to keep the stunned and confused civilians of Niagara Falls on their toes...
